Values: The Academy of the Scribe endeavors to establish and be governed by the following principles internally within our administrative and academic staff and then outwardly to all who encounter the Academy of the Scribe:

  • Excellence – To bring a spirit of excellence, (high standards and quality) into every area of the scribal process. To walk in the exceeding greatness that only God can help us to accomplish.
    • Daniel 6:3 Then this Daniel was preferred above the presidents and princes, because an excellent spirit was in him; and the king thought to set him over the whole realm.
  • Accomplishment – To complete every scribal assignment God has planted in you.
    • Proverbs 13:19a The desire accomplished is sweet to the soul:
  • Creativity – Embrace your God given creativity in every realm of scribal ministry by continually partnering with Holy Spirit for ability, clever ideas, designs, concepts, special success, uncommon intellect, out of the box thinking, vision and imagination.
    • Proverbs 8:12 I wisdom dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge of witty inventions
  • Competency – to be trained and well equipped spiritually and naturally in the arena of your scribal assignment.
    • John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you
  • Success – to bring God given success to all scribal assignments by the leading of Holy Spirit.
    • Joshua 1:8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
  • Belonging –There is a scribal community to which you belong. You are not alone in your God given scribal gifts, callings and assignments.
    • Hebrews 10:25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
  • Expressiveness – ability to fully express and represent the heart of God within your scribal assignments. Understanding this expression can be exhibited through various forms of media and medium.
    • John 1:16 For out of His fullness (abundance) we have all received [all had a share and we were all supplied with] one grace after another and spiritual blessing upon spiritual blessing and even favor upon favor and gift [heaped] upon gift.
  • Faith – As scribes of the Most High God, our Faith in the Godhead is always represented in our lives and our scribal assignments.
    • Hebrews 12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
